  I have not drawn up a formal license, however it would probably go like this:
  
  * The command line versions of PNGOUT and KZIP are free, as are the Mac and Linux ports. You may use content compressed with PNGOUT or KZIP for non-commercial or commercial purposes.
  
  * Redistributing, repackaging, or reusing the PNGOUT or KZIP executables is prohibited without the express consent of Ardfry Imaging, LLC, and a formal business agreement.
