pngout: keep file timestamps

  Hi Ken,
  
  do you think it's possible to add something to the pngout that it doesn't change the modification time of the image. I know it doesnt sound logical, but on some of my older images I'd like to keep the timestamp when I created them, not when I made them smaller.
  
  I dont know if you're aware of the tool called "jpegtran", it's from 98, its almost as magic as your pngout, it's just for recompressing jpegs. I use it for my digicam pictures all the time... saves 15-20% on my 8mpixel cam. That's where I got the thing with keeping the modification time.
  
  Anyway, thanks for your great tool, slow, but worth waiting for a few bytes less :)

  if you save this as a .reg file and add it to you registry you can use pngout via context menu... and it gets started in idle-priority...
