Altough it would be nice to have pixel shader support in a far (?) future. Bump-mapped DN3D would look sweet. =D
But I see a problem with that, Build has no actual ligthsources, which are needed for bump mapping calculations. That could be fixed with a ton of maphacks, possible with something in Build to place them.
And then we get per pixel ligthing too, sweet. =D

I personally play with the original art too, but that's just because the HRP looks plain. If I'm not getting stunning graphics then I may as well take profit of the nostalgia.

I'd sure like to see it implemented, though I doubt it will be. The idea of bump/normal/displacement-mapped Duke3D doesn't really excite me but the possibility of what one could do with fanmade content using them surely does.
