I'm using Windows 7 Ultimate 32 bit Edition, when I try to play JFDuke3D the sound crackles like hell. I don't have this issue with any other game (Including older games), I have the latest drivers, and this used to work on XP, but I no longer own a computer with XP, nor is dual booting an option.
Solutions? Or is this a known bug? I tried searching, but I couldn't find anything. I know there was one other program I used that had this issue, but all I had to do was extend the Sound buffer and it worked fine.

Yes this is a problem with Vista and Windows 7.
You going to have to use either the ports Duke3dw or EDuke32.
