Is it possible to somehow make bots for Duke3D? Bots that are at least slightly smarter than the SOB-Bot? Because all that bot does is inch towards a player and shoot; is it possible to have a bot worthy of co-op added to JFDuke?

It would take some work, but such a bot would be possible to create with EDuke32.

Would the bots need their own navigation files of the levels? You know, like the .AAS file used in bot navigation in Quake 3?

They shouldn't, since sector-based levels are better for bots than brushbased ones (which needs nodes like hell)
