JonoF, You've done a great job. Congratulations !!!
I'm having trouble, trying to create the DUKE3D.EXE file by the source code available on the 3DRealms site.
I've downloaded the Source code to Atomic Edition of Duke Nukem 3D from 3DRealms site and also the Watcom compiler. I've ran the project but I've got these f*ck!ng Error messages:
funct.h(49): Error! E1071: Type of parameter 1 does not agree with previous definition
duke3d.h(460): Error! E1071: Type of parameter 1 does not agree with previous definition
funct.h(59): Error! E1071: Type of parameter 1 does not agree with previous definition
Does anybody knows how to fix this sh!t ??? Thanks !!!

Looks like you are using Watcom 1.3
I had similar problems and only Watcom 1.0 or 11c will compile the original code.

Thanks for the WATCOM tip, It's worked !!! I've created the DUKE3D.exe v1.4.
After following all the README procedures, I've started the game and everything was fine (setup, menus and etc.) but when I entered in the first episode the s@n of a b!tch crashed. Maaaan, I'm so p!iss !!!!
Is there anyone who was already solved this problem and have a .EXE that really works ?
