I play with a friend in cooperative game, can i save the game with out problems?

Your mileage may vary. We haven't really tested that yet, but you could be lucky.

When I saved during a cooperative game when testing the netcode about a month before anything was released to the public, the game crashed on one end and locked up on the other. Good luck with that.
