The problem exists only in 32bpp mode... other funny thing is duke's reflection - one time it's a 3D DM2 model and sometimes it's a 2D sprite...
What's more 3D model looks like duke was 120cm tall ;)

My guess is something in the DEF file is messed up. I've never ever seen it happen for me. It shouldn't happen if you don't use the texture pack. Check and make sure that's the case.

I had the same problems with mirrors And Duke
Mirrors: Only happened after seeing bad 3D models. i.e. mirror worked went into next room with many 3D models came back mirror stopped working updated some old models and added definemodelskin line to def for pipebombbox that fixed my mirror problem
Duke: Model is a WIP update is now out
New skin pack(by someone who has time to do it properly thats not me) that fixes duke, the old models and the missing definemodelskin lines

Ok, after installing DEVILX model pack everything seems to be ok - mirrors are working well in 16bpp as well as in 32bpp mode, Duke looks normal height in mirrors and always is a 3D model.

Using Models in JOnof: manual DEF editing?
Do I have to edit DEF file manually? Duke3d models went into \models folder, so do I have to put this directory also, at each tile modification?
