Hello,
I can't configure controls with "Mouse Wheel Up" and "Mouse Wheel Down".
But on others video games( e.g. "America's Army" http://www.armyops.com/ ) I can use it...Strange...
Somone have the same problem?
Thx.

This I noticed sometimes happens when you use the manufacturers drivers.
If you are using supplied drivers, uninstall them and let Windows Xp use its own drivers.
I use the Logitech DualOptic mouse and if I install the Logitech drivers I sometimes end up with the same situation.

I don't use MICROSOFT Windows XP but GNU/Linux Debian.
My XFree86 conf file at mouse section:
So I dont use the manufacturers drivers but the XFree86 or kernel drivers in my distrib.
But I repeat: my Wheel Mouse is available in others video games so it's probably a JFDuke3d problem.
An idea?

So can't you configure, or can't you use?
If you can't use them, isn't it the same as this bug?
Try rolling the wheel very quickly, and see what happens.
If it works, sometimes, it's the same bug.

JFDuke3d and the Mouse Wheel
Unless I'm mistaken (I'm not at home, so I can't check) you configure your mouse outside of the game, and select from a pull-down list, as opposed to actually pressing a button (or in this case rolling the wheel) to bind the option, so that should always work, even if it doesn't work in game.
Try rolling the wheel up or down really fast, and see if you change weapons.
If that works (somewhat), it's the same bug, I think.

Just a shot here, either try TerminX's latest EDuke32 or Duke3dw as these do have the latest JF code in them.
