I just installed the new hi-res textures, and the items are mixed up; The rpg ammo for example, looks like an armour pickup.
Devestator rounds look like health pickups.
What i did:
extract all the textures to "newtx" folder in my duke nukem folder. Copied all the extra.con data (except for the sample stuff at the top) and put it in the duke.def file. Everything else seems to be working fine, its just the pickups are switched around (not all of them, only some)
This is the newest texture pack also, i downloaded it via a bittorrent file someone posted on the forum.
Anyone else having this problem or know whats wrong?

Download GRPViewer, then launch the Hi-Res Textures Tool, then launch "Find|Double Binds" in it's menu... this could be helpful...
and BTW: You shouldn't copy the "extra.con" content to "duke3d.def" if "duke3d.def" has "include extra.con" line somewhere at the beginning of this file...

Don't use old DEFs!!!! The 0's at the end are messing it up. You'll need to re-write it yourself, or, just get a new hi-res pack!!
