Does no one else have severe choppy movement with the mouse? I just discovered all of this cool updated stuff for Duke3D and am loving it! I was just out hunting for old school Hollywood demos too.. lol.
The mouse movement is waaayy too choppy though. I thought it might be something in my duke3d.cfg so I deleted it and let jfduke interface create a new one but with no difference :( I've tried different mice to make sure it wasn't my new MX 518 gaming mouse that was causing a problem for some reason but the mouse movement is choppy no matter what I do.
Am I the only one running into this problem?

Ok, I finally got it narrowed down. If I run my USB at 500Hz sampling rate, that's when jfduke runs super choppy. I set the rate back to the default 125Hz and jfduke runs much smoother. This kind of sucks because I'm able to play all my other games at 500Hz without any problems. Even the original 8-bit Duke3D.
So is this 500Hz USB mouse sampling rate problem something I should email to JonoF? Or will he just see this posted in the forum?

I had this problem too.
I used the HRP+Gorepack (so EDuke32) and the mouse was choppy, so I took out the gorepack and used normal JFDuke and it was a bt better but still noticeable. My system is more than enough to handle the gorepack and HRP together.
I've got this random Genius mouse, a Powerscroll/Webscroll series mouse it says in the device manager... nothing special.
