I am very happy that I found JFDuke (things look really 3D when you look up and down) but I have a small issue with the mouselook.
I got used the mouselook as I found it in Quake3 and UnrealTournament. I have configured it to look up, down, left, and right when I move the mouse respectively but the mouse doesn't "stay" (it returns to the middle of the screen). Additionally when I "climb" an atilt/inclinational surface the mouse "looks" up (or down, depending on which side I am walking the surface).
Any way to change this?

I think not royally fucking up your configuration would be a good start. Delete it and start over. I'm sure you'll have much better results when you don't go off binding temporary look up/look down functions to your mouse.

how do I make mouselook like Quake3 or UnrealTournament?
What I am trying to have a "free" mouselook, like in GLQuake, Quake3, Serious Sam, UnrealTournament, Half-Life, Counter-Strike, etc.
Duke Nuken requires looking up and down (in variance to Doom1/2 engines), and after so many hours on those games, I have got used to the facility to look up and down with the mouse.
I deleted the .cfg file and then launched setup.exe. I kept the default controls (I only changed resolution to 800x700 32bpp windowed). I am playing the first map of the demo.
Is there a way to prevent that? (the camera to "stay put" no matter if I am walking an inclined surface or the zero-degrees ground, just like in the games I mentioned)
After that, the next thing would be to have look-up and look-down bound in the mouse, without having the game "centering" the mouse after one or two seconds.
If you are using the same mouselook "style", post here your .cfg file so that I can use yours as a base.

As for the "temporary", the only problem is that Aim_Up and Aim_Down are too "slow" (even with 4.0 on Y-Axis scale).

Why don't you just press "U" in the game to turn on the actual mouse aiming?

That saved the day :D
I am almost at the point where I would characterize it as perfect, but the "up" and "down" in the mouse are reversed. When I move the mouse forward, it looks down while I would like it to look up (and the same goes for moving the mouse backwards).
How do I configure this final detail?

That's untrue. By the way, your sig makes you look like a moron because you've left out the part of the phrase about insanity that makes it make any sense. You know, the absolutely essential portion about suffering? Sigh...

No, I keep deleting your posts because you repeatedly act like a goddamn 10 year old full of schoolyard insults and, quite frankly, I have better things to do than argue with some kid on the Internet who acts like he hasn't even hit puberty yet.
But hey, if you'd like to keep insulting a moderator I guess I can just start editing your posts to say what I want them to say instead of silently deleting them. Perhaps the above post should really say "TX keeps deleting posts to make me sound like less of a dumbass, but it isn't working." Simply put, you should really fuck off before you actually succeed in starting a problem; I wouldn't want to have to take further action against you when you continue on to start your "OMG FUCK TERMINX" thread as those who can't help acting like children often do.
Do I make myself clear? If you want to be a troll, go somewhere else. If you can't handle criticism (such as people posting out the obvious error that you made and that you continue to parade around), stop using the Internet. I was hoping you'd get the point after having your insults deleted twice, but I guess that would actually require intelligence on your part... oh well, a man can dream.

People, this is all very counterproductive. If you want a scrap then please do it in private or in Idle Chatter.
