1. Finish the in-game menu so it matches JFDuke3d's functionality: It's still missing adv mouse options, the anisotropic level bar, the on/off for music, etc, etc, to mention a few.
2. Optional Voxel Spinning: Like in JFBuild or Blood, it looks very stylish despite the possibility of collision for those placed too close to a wall.
3. Alt Fire Mode For Any Weapon Binds To Any Key: You may have got to point during the game where you can't simlply quit doing what you are doing with both hands ( ) just to switch to the alt fire mode of a certain weapon, like the guardian head, still, if you could bind this alt fire mode to let's say, your middle mouse button, things could be easier.
4. Optional Sky Stretching: Not skyboxes. I requested that in the past but nobody said A about it. Not sure if this can be done but I believe anything that could help the way they are currently displayed when looking up, it's totally worth the try.

You forgot to mention for which piece of software; probably JFSW.

1. "so it matches JFDuke3d's functionality" : with that said, you don't have many options left...
2. "Optional Voxel Spinning" : Duke3D doesn't have voxels...
3. "like the guardian head" : ...or a guardian head...
4. "Optional Sky Stretching" : JFSW and JFDuke3D have the same problem, it shouldn't be hard guess which one, because it's both.

Re: 4 Feature Requests
Bumped for a new feature request ;D: So far it's only possible to assign WheelUp for inventory (left or right), WheelDn for weapon (previous or next) and vice versa. What I had in mind is being able to hold a key or mouse button to switch from say, weapons to inventory and from inventory back to weapons (as you release the key or mouse button) so you can get to fully use both WheelUp and WheelDn with a each of them.

I'm sure if\when he gets back to work on it he'll bring feature parity to the two ports. I agree with the alt fire thing though.

ProAsm's swp.exe can do the alt fire thing.

That alternate mouse wheel scrolling feature sounds like something I'd love to use myself.

One feature I would REALLY like is an option to disable to mouse in the menus!
When I play, I normally keep my right hand on the mouse and use the keyboard with my left. When I load or save a game, it can be very annoying to accidentally move my hand and have the selection jump to a different save slot. I'm sure some people like this feature, but I'd like a way to disable it.

Do you have Parkinson? ;D

I wasn't going to bother answering this, but after having it happen a few more times, I figured I should.
No, I don't have Parkinsons. Accidentally moving the mouse is actually quite easy. You relax your hand or shift in your chair a bit and the mouse moves. Not a lot, but enough to make the menu selection move. In fact, without clamping your hand down tight on the mouse, or taking it off the mouse completely, it's pretty hard to hold the mouse completely still while doing anything else.
It may be related to how I have the mouse sensitivity set, but if I lower that, then aiming in the game isn't fast enough. Maybe if the menus had a higher mouse sensitivity so that it took a more deliberate movement to move the selection, it wouldn't be a problem.
