Well I dont think i said any thing to tecnical but any way if your wanting to play against bots i dont think thats possible because they have been disabled in this port? But im not 100% sure of this.

If you're talking about Fake AI Multiplayer DukeBots, they've always been enabled.
To run them, just write one of the following (without the quotes):
* "duke3d.exe /a /q? /vX /lY /sZ" -> Stands for Fake Multiplay in normal levels
* "duke3d.exe /a /q? -map ???.map /sZ" -> Stands for Fake Multiplay in usermaps
- X stands for episode number in original game (1-4)
- Y stands for level number in episode from original game (1-6 for E1, 1-11 for E2 to E4)
- Z stands for skill modifier: (0=no monsters; 1=Piece of cake; 2=Let's Rock; 3=Come Get Some; 4= Damn I'm Good) [This parameter is not required!]
- After the -map parameter, replace ??? with the name of the user map you want to play.
- You can additionally use /m to disable monsters during gameplay, or /r to record a demo.
