The new engine game is still (as the MSDos) incluiding the support for DFX1 Helmet VR? it wold be nice to use it once more! (or create any new things in 3D stereo)

i don't know if it supports the helmet or shutter glasses or not. But i can tell you i tried the red/blue mode and although it flickers as they warned it would the effect is pretty cool, but due to flickering it will give you a headache very quickly
im looking foreward to the completed version of red/blue support

Sorry but Red/Blue support? :?

Yeah use the command "glredbluemode 1" from the council to activate. keep in mind that its an early version of the effect and flickers. The cool thing is if you have the very cheep red/blue glasses that come with 3d movies or comic books the effect works. the idea is to seperate 2 images on screen a blue image and a red image. the 2 images are taken from slightly different camera angles and you eyes see only 1 of the 2 images at a time which allows you to see with true depth. very cool and worth checking out (although the current version gives me a headache after 10mins).

Any "3d vision" implementation, no matter what, gives a headache after a while. It just doesn't work.

i played red/blue glquake for hours without any headaches. this is only cause of the severe flickering which is why im really looking foreward to the final release of this implementation. also i sat through the entire movie of spy kids3d (this is where i got the glasses) that didn't give me a headache either.

I use I Glasses
VR glasses work quite well, and so should any other 3D viewing device, when using the prober driver.
I'm gonna sound like an idiot here, for not remembering the name of the driver, but I'm not by my homePC.
I think it's the NVIDIA driver, which is also avalible with a VR version. When using it, you can simply play any 3D game in true 3D, including build, with polymost activated.
