see title, the main issue right now is knowing what all the new con primitives actually do, someone with redneck rampage con knowlage would be much appreciated.
I'm basing this on eduke32 as that is the most flexible duke based build game for which source is availible.

No, it's not a joke. Plugwash has a serious question and your replies, which demonstrate your inability to understand the question, bring us no closer to the solution.
Plugwash, we may be best off creating test actors in RR and testing all of the primitives they added one by one. Anyways, I'm pretty sure "ifhittruck" has something to do with being hit by a train sector, "feathers" is just another clone of money/paper/mail, "newpic" and "destroyit" I'm not sure about... "newpic" sounds similar to "cactor," but "destroyit" is called in some places before "killit" -- maybe it does the same thing but the developers were fuckheads? Most of the other new primitives seem fairly straightforward.

there are two meters at the end of the status bar labeled alcohol and gut anyone got any clue on what exactly they do?

The alcohol and gut meters work sort of like armour. If you keep them in the green range then you're more resilient to damage. If you over-eat, you get a speed penalty (ie. you get fat) and if you over-drink, you get drunk and your view drifts and your direction is messed up.
