as you all knew, im going to make a doomish like 3d engine the only problem is, i dont know a clue of programming! Jest Engine: Features of the engine: 1st version: (Alpha version) Release: Dec 2008 - raycasted, no textures. 2nd version: (Full Version) Release: March 2009 Texture Mapped, Floors And Sky. 3rd Version: (Last Version) Release: October 2009 Lightning (Sector Based or Dynamic) Shadows,Weather Effects (Fog, Rain), Transparency, Mipmapping and Goraud Shading.

Personally, I think your idea sucks! :P I think you should spend your time on more important things instead, like improving Voxlap :) There are thousands of doomish raycasting engines out there already, I am sick and tired of them. :D
By the way, will there be any voxel support? D:

Update: - The engine Will be Called the Jest Engine,named after my favorite song in terminal velocity. - i make the engine in watcom c. - engine development will start soon.
